That is the advantage of Leavedays.com you can start using leave registration in Leavedays.com at any time during the year. During implementation, we ensure that all data related to accrued leave is fully transferred into Leavedays.com.

That largely depends on the size of your organization and the number of schedules we need to set up for you. Once all information is delivered correctly, you can be live with Leavedays.com within one day.

After that, we provide an online training to help the administrator(s) gain experience with setting up schedules and users. Based on our experience, companies are fully operational within two weeks.

Our support department is available by phone from Monday to Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. Questions sent to support@leavedays.com are often answered the same day by our support team.

In addition, there is an online support website where users, managers, and administrators can also find relevant information about Leavedays.com. And importantly, there are no costs associated with standard support questions!

You can report any changes directly to our support department. These will then be implemented immediately.

You can easily use our application via the browser on your phone or tablet, or through our dedicated mobile version.

Leavedays.com is known for its service and the high quality of our support department. During office hours, you can always contact us with any questions you may have.

Each employee can set their own preferred language for emails and/or the system itself. Leavedays.com is available in nine different languages: Dutch, English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Polish, Russian, and Turkish.

Within Leavedays.com, you can divide employees into different groups and then link these groups to specific locations or administrations. This gives you the flexibility to configure Leavedays.com according to your own preferences. You can then generate overviews per employee, group, or location.

Via our convenient API (integration), it is possible to import and/or export data directly to your payroll or HR information system. In addition, all data can easily be exported to Excel.

Leavedays.com operates with an annual subscription. The costs are invoiced yearly based on the number of active employees/users.

You can easily cancel Leavedays.com via our official cancellation form. We apply a notice period of two months before the end of the annual contract.

An online user manual for Leavedays.com is available. Once you are logged in, you can access it via the “help function.” The “help function” is located in the top-right corner of the screen after you log in.

Within Leavedays.com, multiple collective labor agreements (CLAs) can be used. For each CLA or employment type, the system automatically calculates the number of available vacation hours (leave balance) for employees.

Your data is securely stored in a protected data center, and backups are made twice daily. In addition, Leavedays.com uses a secure environment via an SSL connection. This is a certified method for transmitting data in encrypted form.
